1. Who we are

dealora.shop is operated as an online retail store. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to dealora.shop. “You” refers to the visitor or customer using the site or placing an order. 2. Using this site

You agree to use dealora.shop only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or disrupt other visitors. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where necessary, and we will not be liable if the site is temporarily unavailable.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy from us. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation. Until that point we may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price was clearly listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. The confirmation email forms part of the contract between us.

4. Prices and payment

All amounts are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order summary. Payment is handled through our payment provider, Payment. We do not store complete card details on our own systems.

5. Delivery

We ship with DHL. The estimated delivery window is 1 to 3 business days from dispatch, although timing can vary slightly depending on destination and carrier conditions. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives late, damaged or missing, please contact [email protected] so that we can investigate with the carrier.

6. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once your order has arrived, you may request a return within the period allowed by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are handled in line with applicable consumer rights and the specific circumstances of the return.

7. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions and colours. Slight variations may occur between the listing and the delivered item, for example in screen colour reproduction or in hand-finished details. If a product does not match its description, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

The content, imagery, text and branding on dealora.shop belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected on this page, so please review it periodically.
